LA Office - Sales for External Customers
Before Creating a Sale
Make sure the customer exists in the system. If not, create it at: https://app.inflowinventory.com/customers
Basic Rules
- Retail dishes must start with R_
- Sales must be entered into the system before order assembly
- Kitchen staff cannot start assembly without a sales order
Naming Rules
Format: Retail LA + Customer + date
Correct example:
Retail LA Anacapa 29-09
Retail LA Anacapa 29-09
Incorrect example:
SF order 29 september
SF order 29 september
Important Deadline
If goods were delivered without being recorded, you have 24 hours to fix it. Otherwise, business management may apply penalties to everyone involved.
