SF Office - Sales for External Customers

Before Creating a Sale

Make sure the customer exists in the system. If not, create it at: https://app.inflowinventory.com/customers

Basic Rules

  • Retail dishes must start with R_
  • Sales must be entered before assembly
  • Staff cannot start without a sales order
  • Sales orders are entered by Rayan or Janelle
  • New customers are added by Rayan

Naming Rules

Format: Retail SF + Customer + date

Correct example:
Retail SF Anacapa 29-09
Incorrect example:
SF order 29 september

Important Deadline

If sales are not entered within 24 hours, business management may apply penalties.
