LA Office - Sales for Hot Vending
Basic Rules
- Customer is always Foodture
- Only dishes starting with V_ can be included
- All hot vending sales must come from predictive analytics at https://analytics.foodture.net/#/
Naming Rules
Orders must start with LA, followed by shift day or machine name + day and month.
Correct example:
LA Monday order 29-09
LA Monday order 29-09
Incorrect example:
order monday october glendale
order monday october glendale
Order Workflow
- After assembly: Kitchen staff (or Maryana) must change status to
fulfilled - After delivery: Olga or business representative must set status to
mark as invoicedandmark as paid - If products are missing: Inform Olga or business representative and decide next steps:
- Produce more (create a production order)
- Replace with similar available dishes (pasta with pasta, meat with meat, etc.)
Important Deadlines
- Orders must be set to mark as paid no later than 24 hours after delivery
- Orders cannot be closed before printing stickers
- Both actions (closing and printing stickers) must happen on the same day
