Basic Rules

Naming Rules

Orders must start with SF, followed by shift day or machine name + day and month.

Correct example:
SF Monday order 29-09
Incorrect example:
order monday october sf

Order Workflow

  1. After order is ready: Rayan or Janelle must set status to fulfilled
  2. After delivery: Status must be set to mark as invoiced and mark as paid
  3. If products are missing: Inform business representative and agree on replacement

Important Deadlines

  • Orders must be set to mark as paid within 24 hours after delivery
  • Orders cannot be closed before sticker printing
  • Both actions (closing and printing stickers) must happen on the same day
